The U15 Chiefs are gaining some valuable experience early on in the schedule this year.  In week 1 they took on the always strong Monarchs program and managed to split that series.  In week 2 they were handed a 3 game in 3 night schedule that included the never quit Brandon Wheat Kings and the top ranked Winnipeg Warriors.  
The games were all very close until the boys ran out of steam on Sunday which is certainly no excuse.  They didn't win on the score board, but as one scout that attended the game in Winnipeg put it, these Chiefs are a much better team than people realize.  
You never lose - Your either win or you learn.  These boys are learning some great lessons early on that will pay off in the long run.
