The Yellowhead Chiefs AAA Male U15 program is based out of the Shoal Lake Communiplex Arena within the Yellowhead region. This program is for elite male U15 aged players designed to provide a fun and competitive atmosphere to develop their individual skills while learning to play as a team. The program selects 18 rostered players and uses the affiliate player list to develop as many players as possible.

The program offers twice a week 1.5hr practices and plays in 45 - 50 games per season, which amounts to approximately 95 ice times. The program also incorporates once a week professional dryland training on  practice days.

The Chiefs play in the Winnipeg AAA U15 League which is a 13 team league, and attend 2-3 tournaments annually as well as the Rural AAA Provincials. These tournaments provide the players an excellent oppurtunity to showcase thier skills.

The program recognizes that each player has a unique skill set and will advance each individual player by increasing speed, strength, agility and hockey IQ in order to have them ready to advance to the next level of hockey. The Chiefs strive each and every year to win rural provincials and to represent the Yellowhead Region to the best of thier ability.
